Wir, TheatreFragile, sind eine freie Internationale Theatercompagnie.

Seit 12 Jahren setzen wir uns für das Theater im Öffentlichen Raum ein. In unseren Inszenierungen schaffen wir einen Ort für Begegnung und Austausch, für alle zugänglich. Wir erzählen Geschichten durch poetisches Maskenspiel und unsere Figuren berühren auf menschliche und fragile Art unser Publikum. Wenn wir spielen, entsteht ein radikaler Einschnitt in den Alltag der Straße. Dabei setzen wir uns für ein gesellschaftliches Miteinander ein.
Unser Ziel: Utopien zum Leben zu bringen und eine Art des Zusammenlebens zu behaupten, welche auf Solidarität, Kreativität und Neugier beruht.
Wir sind ein Ensemble von 25 freien Künstler*innen, die projektbezogen als TheatreFragile miteinander arbeiten.
Luzie Ackers und Marianne Cornil sind die Künstlerische Leitung der Compagnie. Wir leben in Deutschland vorrangig in Berlin, Detmold, Köln und einige Kolleg*innen in Frankreich und Spanien.
Bis heute haben wir 6 Theaterstücke mit gesellschaftlichen Themen entwickelt. Unsere Themen sind „das Leben in unserer Gesellschaft mit über 80“ oder „Zu Hause in einer globalisierten Welt“, oder „Flucht und Leben im Exil“. Zur Zeit steht die siebte Produktion in den Startlöchern, zum Thema „emotionale Auswirkungen und Veränderungen in Zeiten des Klimawandels“.
Wir machen Theater für alle! Immer mit freiem Eintritt!
Alle können barrierefrei unser Theater erleben, ohne Eintritt zu zahlen, ohne die Schwelle einer Institution zu überwinden. Dies ist unsere innerste Motivation und eine politische Entscheidung. Es bedeutet, dass wir, um zu produzieren und unser Leben als freiberufliche Theatermacher*innen zu finanzieren, auf Förderungen angewiesen sind (öffentlich und privat). Und manchmal braucht man auch die direkte Unterstützung des Publikums!
Deshalb sind wir hier! Heute brauchen wir Euch! Wir brauchen eure finanzielle Hilfe!
Die letzten zwei Jahre waren nämlich fragil und turbulent. Eine schwierige Auftragslage aber auch große Veränderungen in unseren Leben, wie Elternzeiten und Umzüge haben uns beruflich geschwächt. Dadurch konnten wir in dieser Zeit keine Compagnie Rücklagen aufbauen, die wir jetzt bräuchten, um neue Projekte auf die Beine zu stellen.
Doch dies soll kein Grund sein aufzuhören! Denn wir sind uns weiterhin sicher, dass das, was wir machen, wichtig ist und weiterbestehen muss!

Wir wollen investieren, damit TheatreFragile ein stabiles Fundament bekommt, unter anderem durch eine Neugründung in Form einer gemeinnützigen GmbH, damit wir in den nächsten Jahren unseren Plan für neue Produktionen, Interventionen und Workshops durchführen können.

We, TheaterFragile, are an independent International Theater Company.
For 12 years we have been committed to theater in the public space. In our productions we create a place for encounter and exchange, accessible to all. We tell stories through poetic masques, and our characters touch our audience in a human and fragile way. When we play, a radical rift is created in the street’s day to day. We are committed to social coexistence.
Our goal: bringing utopias to life and asserting a way of living together, based on solidarity, creativity, and curiosity.
We are an ensemble of 25 free artists who work together on a project-related basis as Theater Fragile. Luzie Ackers and Marianne Cornil
are the Artistic Directors of the company. We live in Germany,
primarily in Berlin, Detmold, Cologne, and some colleagues in France and Spain.
To date we have developed 6 plays with social themes. Our themes are "Living in our society over 80", "At home in a globalized world," and "Flight and life in exile." At the moment, our seventh production is in the starting blocks, on the topic of emotional effects and changes in times of climate change.
We do theater for all! Always with free admission!
Everyone can experience our theater barrier-free, without paying admission, without overcoming the threshold of an institution. This is our innermost motivation and political decision. This means that in order to produce plays, and to fund our lives as freelance theater makers, we depend on funding (public and private). And sometimes we need the direct support of the audience!
That's why we are here! Today we need you! We need your financial help!
The last 2 years have been fragile and turbulent. Difficult booking situations as well as major changes in our lives, such as parental leave, and member relocations have weakened us. As a result, we were unable to build any financial reserves that are needed to set up new projects.
But this should not be a reason to stop! Because we are still sure that what we do is important and must continue to exist!
For that we need your help!
We want to invest so that TheaterFragile has a solid foundation. This includes a start-up in the form of a non-profit organization that over the next few years will implement our plan for new productions, interventions and workshops.

Nous sommes TheatreFragile, une compagnie internationale de théâtre.
Depuis 12 ans, nous nous engageons pour le théâtre en espace publique. Nos spectacles sont des moments de rencontre et de partage, accessibles à tous. C’est par la poésie du masque, que nous racontons des histoires, avec des personnages qui touchent par leur humanité et leur fragilité. Quand nous jouons, le rythme de la ville et de la vie de tous les jours se suspend un moment.
Nous donnons vie à des utopies et affirmons une façon de vivre-ensemble qui repose sur la solidarité, la créativité et la curiosité.
Luzie Ackers et Marianne Cornil sont les directrices artistiques de la compagnie. 25 artistes gravitent autour de TheatreFragile et se rassemblent pour la création de projets et de spectacles.
Jusqu’à aujourd’hui, nous avons créé 6 spectacles traitant de grands thèmes de société. La septième création est prête à démarrer. Elle traitera des émotions dans le contexte du changement climatique.
Nous faisons un théâtre pour tous! L’entrée est toujours libre!
Nous souhaitons faire un théâtre auquel chacun peut accéder, sans avoir à acheter un billet et sans avoir à passer la porte d’un théâtre. Cela signifie que nous sommes dépendants des subventions publiques et privées. Et parfois nous avons besoin du soutien direct de notre public.
C’est pourquoi nous sommes ici! Aujourd’hui, nous avons besoin de vous! Nous avons besoin de votre aide!
Le deux dernières années ont en effet été mouvementées! Une conjoncture défavorable et par conséquent un ralentissement de notre activité, mais aussi des changements importants dans nos vies, nous ont fragilisé professionnellement, ainsi que notre base financière. Mais ce n’est pas une raison pour arrêter, au contraire! Car nous sommes certaines que ce que nous faisons est important et doit persister.

Nosotros, Theatre Fragile, somos una compañía internacional de teatro de la calle.
Desde hace 12 años apostamos por el teatro en el espacio público. En nuestras producciones creamos un lugar de encuentro e intercambio, al alcance de todos. Contamos historias a través de máscaras poéticas y nuestros personajes tocan a nuestra audiencia de una manera humana y frágil. Cuando jugamos, se hace un cambio radical en la luz del día de la calle. Al hacerlo, estamos comprometidos con la convivencia social.
Nuestro objetivo: dar vida a las utopías y afirmar una forma de convivencia basada en la solidaridad, la creatividad y la curiosidad.
Somos un conjunto de 25 artistas libres que trabajamos juntos en un proyecto relacionado con Theatre Fragile. Luzie Ackers y Marianne Cornil son las directoras artísticas de la Compagnie. Vivimos en
Alemania principalmente en Berlín, Detmold, Colonia y algunos colegas en Francia y España.

Nosotros, Theatre Fragile, somos una compañía internacional de teatro de la calle.
Desde hace 12 años apostamos por el teatro en el espacio público. En nuestras producciones creamos un lugar de encuentro e intercambio, al alcance de todos. Contamos historias a través de máscaras poéticas y nuestros personajes tocan a nuestra audiencia de una manera humana y frágil. Cuando jugamos, se hace un cambio radical en la luz del día de la calle. Al hacerlo, estamos comprometidos con la convivencia social.
Nuestro objetivo: dar vida a las utopías y afirmar una forma de convivencia basada en la solidaridad, la creatividad y la curiosidad.
Somos un conjunto de 25 artistas libres que trabajamos juntos en un proyecto relacionado con Theatre Fragile. Luzie Ackers y Marianne Cornil son las directoras artísticas de la Compagnie. Vivimos en
Alemania principalmente en Berlín, Detmold, Colonia y algunos colegas en Francia y España.
Hasta la fecha hemos desarrollado 6 obras con temas sociales. Nuestros temas son "vivir en nuestra sociedad más de 80" o "en casa en un mundo globalizado", o "vuelo y vida en el exilio". En este momento, la séptima producción está en los bloques de inicio, sobre el tema de los efectos emocionales y los cambios en tiempos de cambio climático.

Todo el mundo puede experimentar nuestro teatro sin barreras, sin pagar la admisión, sin superar el umbral de una institución. Esta es nuestra motivación más íntima y decisión política. Esto significa que para producir y financiar nuestras vidas como creadores de teatro independientes, dependemos de la financiación (pública y privada). ¡Y a veces necesitas el apoyo directo de la audiencia!
Por eso estamos aquí! Hoy te necesitamos! Necesitamos su ayuda financiera!
Los últimos 2 años han sido frágiles y turbulentos. Una situación de orden difícil, así como cambios importantes en nuestras vidas, como el permiso parental y las reubicaciones han debilitado nuestra carrera. Como resultado, durante este tiempo no pudimos acumular reservas de la compañía que necesitaríamos para configurar nuevos proyectos.
¡Pero esto no debería ser una razón para parar! ¡Porque todavía estamos seguros de que lo que hacemos es importante y debemos seguir existiendo!
