Help Melinda and Heather See!

At the age on four we noticed Melinda was having trouble seeing things after several drs, several trips to St Louis Children’s Hospital at the age of 8 we had a diagnosis of Auto-Sommal Recessive Hereditary Optic Atrophy.  Our other three children were cleared of the disease.  Unfortunately when Heather began preschool the nurse called, while I seen signs, I dismissed them because she was cleared at the age of 18 months.  We returned with Heather to Children’s where she was also diagnosed.  This eye condition was so rare it took years to diagnose, but to have two children with the same was crazy rare!  Both girls are now adults Melinda is 29, heather is 23. Both married Heather has a new baby girl of her own.  On June 7, 2018 Melinda went to St. Louis with her dad where she tried on a pair of e-sight glasses.  He Dad cried as he watched her read street signs 1/4 of a mile away!  She read a magazine article something she had never done and she was amazed to see the lady from esight, Rachel Overburg, stick her tongue out at her.  Heather has not had a chance to experience the technology but Melinda was so excited to just be able to see, something we take for granted every day.  She told me, I couldn’t believe how that worked.  I want Heather and me both to be able to see with those.  Unfortunately, these glasses are 10,000$ a pair for two it’s going to cost $20,000!  I don’t know about you but I don’t have that just sitting in bank.  So we are asking for your help.
