Family separation

On July 2, 2019 a hearing took place involving two children ages two years old and nine months old. The person claiming to be the “father” Just got released after spending 363 days in jail he has a 25 page long criminal record. The legal father and I was never notified of this hearing, The man claiming to be the father had no form of established paternity. The judge asked for no proof to back any of the statements this person was saying. The judge was told by this person my husband was listed on birth certificate as father and the judge STILL awarded this man emergency custody on illegal basis.We were threatened and harassed by a Pennsylvania state trooper and a Pennsylvania public defender we were told if we didnt hand the kids over we would be arrested and all of our children would be put in foster care.We were threatened that our door would be kicked down and we were sent a text with a list of charges. We couldn’t understand how this happened when my husband is the legal father on the birth certificates.We were put in a corner told we had no choice so we have to follow their “order” the judge had just gave two very young Kids to a man they don’t even know and then the original judge decided to go on a two month vacation. We have been to court twice no judge will overrule the original judge and they have seen the legal documentation and know that we were not due process we had all proof that everything was done illegally and that the judge did not follow the law. Not only did this judge take our babies away on July 2 he also took away our constitutional rights but also my husband and I parental rights and human rights as well. They Separated a family without notice of the hearing. The judge gave our kids to a complete stranger like they work cars , bad thing is the same judge would want proof that it was your car. My husband and all five of our kids and I also our family have been affected by this emotionally, physically ,mentally also Financially. It just makes no sense!! A judge is to follow the law and he didn’t!! This has caused so much damage, Lawyer fees, lost wages, and travel costs. We are trying to get our boys back and our rights as parents and humans! Family separation is not just happening at the border it is happening here in the United States against US citizens. We done nothing illegal and our boys were taken from us! Our other children are just as hurt and upset and we are! this is a very trying and hard time. Any amount of money would mean the world to us!! The money will go toward lawyer fees travel cost in childcare for the other children we have to leave when we go to court every time. Any amount not used for our attorney fees and that is left over will go towards an advocacy nonprofit. We truly appreciate your time Listening to our story! If you can’t donate a prayer is just as good we need those boys back with their mother father siblings and family we are all they know. We live in Michigan and have to travel to Pennsylvania for all court hearings. We can assure you that all statements can be verified with legal documents!
