Gender Reassignment Surgery

I don't make that much money, and well I don't have medical insurance to be able to support the cost of transitioning with the Surgery. Yes it is an expensive surgery, but for me this would be closure on the long, arduous journey that is of transitioning. Starting off small with goal and then hope to go further more. Any help is appreciated!!!!
