An urgent message to the friends of Scotty Medlock

You are seeing this because Scotty Medlock and his family (Myrna, Dylan, Dawson and Kaliana) have had a significant impact in our lives, as amazing friends and supporters of so many worthwhile causes and great events. And most of us enjoy Scotty’s wonderful art in our homes, offices, and our favorite golf courses. We all have been so fortunate to share in Scotty’s time, talent, relationships and art.

On January 24, 2019 Scotty was diagnosed with Stage IV Metastatic Adenocarcinoma. Scott is being treated by excellent Physicians at UCLA and is undergoing significant Chemotherapy while maximizing his time with family and friends.

Today, we as his friends have the opportunity to reciprocate the generosity Scott has shared with us over the decades and support his battle with cancer and help to alleviate the financial burden that this disease puts on his family.

Scotty has always been so humbly generous and would not ask for help himself, so let’s do it for him! He has been a Champion for us, now it is our turn to be Champions for him.

Please join in contributing generously to the Scotty Medlock GoFundMe program, and please share this with your friends, family and colleagues.

All donations raised through this campaign have been set up for the exclusive use and control of the Medlock Family.

The Medlock Family would like to thank everyone for their love and support during this difficult time.

We've made it past the $50,000 mark! WOW! That is amazing! THANK YOU to all that have donated, prayed, and supported Scotty and the Medlock family. BUT WE ARE FAR FROM FINISHED!

Scotty had a great week last week. He was able to make it up to the US Open at Pebble Beach, where he has a 30 year history. He had some pop up art shows with his originals, and was able to see longtime friends such as Jack Nicklaus and Jim Nantz. More importantly, Scotty and Myrna's daughter Kaliana graduated from high school! She is "off to make the world a better place." Go get 'em Kaliana!!

Scotty is releasing a limited edition series of "Reflection," the painting he did for Jack and Barbara Nicklaus 20 years ago commemorating 30 years of greatness at Pebble Beach. They are signed and numbered by Mr. Nicklaus and Scotty. Please contact this page if you are interested in owning a beautiful piece of golf history!

So, what can you do now? Many of you are asking..... continue to send your prayers and positive energy to the Medlocks. Please also SHARE this GoFundMe campaign with your friends and colleagues. Scotty had a good weekend playing some golf at Sherwood Country Club with friends over the weekend. It was the week after chemo, so it’s a week with some energy. He can still swing that club!

Scotty will be going up to the US Open this week to show some of his amazing paintings, including the one he did of Jack Nicklaus that will be in the background of a Jim Nantz-Jack Nicklaus TV interview. Keep an eye out for that! His art will be showcased at various events in beautiful Pebble Beach.

We are attaching a couple of videos our great friends actress Debbe Dunning and athlete/ actor Dwight Hicks, and Hall of Fame hockey player Grant Fuhr and his wife Lisa made for you and for Scotty. Please check them out!

Thank you so very much for your loyal support of Scotty and the Medlocks during this battle. They are blown away by the love you have shown them!! They feel truly blessed to have such wonderful and compassionate friends❤️.

Scotty will be giving us an update later in the week from the US Open. We’re looking forward to that!
