"Pam Anderson Fund"

I am introducing to you my sister in law, Pamela A. also known fondly as bambi to her family and friends. She is 56 years old has been married for over 30years and has two grown children. Unfortunately this introduction includes her fight against throat cancer. The physical aspect affects vital parts of everyday activities such as breathing, eating and talking. Pam and her family challenges’ are not unique but are shared with millions of cancer patients.

 

•         According to the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey from the Agency for Healthcare Research Quality, on average, patients paid $3,664 out of pocket medical expense.

•         11 of the 12 drugs approved by FDA were priced at $100,000 or more. According to the Journal of National Cancer Institute.

•         Cost is biggest challenge and stressful part of healthcare management. 

•         Devastating effects on physical and psychological health.

 

 We are humbly asking for your loving support. This fundraising campaign is not necessarily asking for monetary donations. (Although encouraged) We are asking for whatever you may find appropriate according to your heart of hearts.
