Help Freddy’s Fight Against Leukemia

Before Monday, October 14th, life was as usual for the Curley family.  Little Freddy’s parents, Beth, a school teacher, and Fred, a truck driver, were at work.  Big sister, Brynn, a 4th grader, was at school.  7 year old Little Freddy though was at his grandparents resting.  Home from school again with flu-like symptoms.  He was still trying to shake this “virus” the doctors said he had a week before. 

A phone call from the doctors office saying “we got the blood test results from Friday and you need to get Freddy to CHOP (Children's Hospital of Philadelphia) Emergency Room immediately” would change the course of a normal day, and their lives, forever.  Little Freddy was diagnosed with leukemia that Monday.

It’s impossible to know at this time what treatments or medications will or will not be covered by insurance, or how many unpaid days from work will need to be taken off.

One thing is for sure, it is going to be a long journey.  It will be emotionally and financially straining for the Curley family.

This GoFundMe was set up because we know so many people love and want to help the Curleys, just as Fred and Beth would do for  us.

Every penny raised will go to the Curley family to assist in getting them through this most difficult time.
