Frankie hernia surgery

Frankie developed a hernia recently which is common in adult males who are neutered which at the time I was not aware.  Frankie has been with us for about 8 years now . We found him wandering the streets and took him in. He is the best friend that makes you laugh and cry at the same time . He cheers you up when you are down.  The cost of his surgery is about $4,000 and we simply don’t have the money.  His vet informed us that without the surgery he will not survive.  I am asking for your help to save his life.
