Lily Needs Your Help!

The precious kitty in this photo is Lily. I don't technically own her, but she has been at my house 98% of the time for a couple of months. I love her to pieces and enjoy her company. The amount of love and compassion that this sweet girl has in indescribable. Lily's owner just offered to let me have Lily as my own, and I am ecstatic! The only issue is that I'm on disability, meaning once monthly income, and I won't be able to have her vetted until February 1st, and she can't wait that long. So I'm reaching out for your help!
Over 3 weeks ago, Lily disappeared. I looked and called for her day after day after day. Yesterday (1/19) I had the urge to walk around the yard and I FOUND HER! She was lying right inside the doorway of one of the sheds (a place where I've checked a hundred times). She was clearly starving and injured, but she purred like mad in my arms as I walked back to my house. She's currently resting comfortably in my bathroom. I see no blood or bite wounds, just some bumps and scrapes. I believe she's been hit by a car. She's finally eating and drinking, but she still hasn't used the litter box and isn't using her front right leg. She's in good spirits, but she's suffering and I can't bare it!
As soon as I picked her up, I immediately saw the relief and happiness in her eyes. I knew she was alive. I told everyone that she was. I could feel it. I just had to find her.
Any donations will be greatly appreciated, as it will help me save my sweet girl! ALL donated money will go towards her vet bill at SPCA Albrecht Center for Animal Welfare located in Aiken, SC. Phone number: (803) [phone redacted]. (Different Vet than the one listed when I created this GoFundMe account!) I was able to get an estimate of $40 for exam, and $150 for X-rays that they already confirmed will be done. I was not able to get an estimate for other tests/pain meds/etc. That's why I set $500 as the goal amount because I do not know how much it'll total up to. If any money is left over, it will go towards Lily's recovery here at my home!
