ALS communication device for mom

Im trying to raise money for a communication device called the tobi eyegaze mini. It tracks eye movement so you can use a computer with just your eyes. My mom has ALS. She cant speak. She cant move any part of her body except for her head. Its impossible to know what she wants when she needs something. Whether its an itch or needs to go to the bathroom its very hard. Also her insurance wont cover any in home care which my dad and I desperately need. Any help we can get is truly appreciated.
The $1200 would cover the communication device. I dont know what the in home help would cost.
Im very sorry to have to ask for help but I also have MS and being a full time caretaker is causing my own health to progress rapidly.
