Making Memories Trip

We are a family of four, Clay (40), Suzanne (38), Amber (19) and Alex (16). We're asking for donations for a making memories fund as Clay has a terminal disease.
In the beginning of November, 2015, after a month of doctors appointments and tests, Clay was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer which has already spread to most of his liver. He immediately started chemotherapy treatments as that was the only option because it already spread to other organs. He has struggled through four treatments of a very strong chemo regimen which made him sick most of the month of January. He has struggled with the intense pain this cancer brings, malnutrition from the loss of pancreatic function, loosing 45 pounds in two months and just mainly the loss of his quality of life.
We were hoping it would all be worth it when he went in for his first set of scans this past Monday, Feb 1st, 2016, but instead were told it wasn't working and all of the tumors have grown. He will be started on a new set of chemotherapy drugs but he has been given a short break to get a bit stronger and to live life for a bit.
Our family has decided to find a way to take a short notice vacation to make some memories before he continues his battle. As things are at this point, he has less than a year to live and we're not sure he'll be strong enough to take a vacation after a new set of chemo rounds.
We've taken our children on a handful of vacations exploring the Minnesota area along with one road trip out to California to see the ocean two years ago. Clay has always wanted to see Florida but has never been and it was something that we always planned we would do eventually but this terminal diagnosis has put an end to "some days". We are a close family who love to enjoy life and laugh together. This trip will help me give my children one more memory with their dad. They're at the age where adult hood is creeping in and their days of being kids is almost over and we don't know if this year will allow for many other opportunities to get away. We would be so grateful for any help as these final memories are made.
