Medical expenses

It has been a horrendous couple of years for our family.  Insurance has been so expensive and with a high  deductable .  When I had a heart attack almost 2 years ago that wiped out a third of our savings.  Now after losing my brother to Leukemia just a few days ago and my wife on the verge of losing her Uncle/Godfather, I have been diagnosed with cancer of the tongue that has spread to the lymph node in my neck.  Also My wife Linda is needing surgery on both hands to repair carpal tunnel.  All this combined will more than take up the rest of our savings.  My wife's surgeries are kind of on hold because my cancer requires immediate treatment.  On Monday the 14th of August I go into surgery to have a med port, a feeding tube, and a trach tube put in.  Then it is on to Chemotherapy and radiation treatments.  Not sure how long they are going to last.  Thankfully we have a wonderful church family that will help us with our day to day needs, shopping etc. since my wife is Blind and cannot do those things. It is because of how SSI and supplemental Insurance works we both have to endure a large deductable.  Doesn't seem fair but that is how it works.  We don't want to make any extra money.  Once our goal is met we will close this GoFundMe account.  Thank you in advance for your support be it monetary or just in the form of prayer.  God Bless you all.
