Help bring Elliot and Mommy to live with Daddy in Texas forever.
Justin is a fully disabled Army veteran who left Washington State to find a family home to be closer to family and a stronger support network of people in Texas. Baby Elliot and Melissa still live in Washington with Melissa's parents but desperately want to join Justin in Texas. The money we are trying to raise will cover the expenses to bring the car and baby items needed to a home where Justin is waiting.
Elliot was born on July 31st, 2013 And had a rough start with severe jaundice landing him in the NICU until he was 5 days old, where Melissa stayed by his side being forced to spend money saved on hospital food because she had to be available to nurse the baby. The first time Elliot got to meet Daddy was November 11th when he was already 3.5 months old and for only a week long visit. The hardest thing we have gone through as a family is leaving each other again after a wonderful week. Melissa and Elliot are back in Washington trying to come up with the money to reunite with Justin. They miss him very much and don't want him to miss any more milestones or "firsts." It is too expensive and too difficult to travel back and forth with a baby and Justin has medical appointments he cannot miss in Texas.
Family means everything and Justin is missing his little boy grow up while Melissa is raising Elliot alone. Please help us unite our family for good. We have added the option to receive Christmas cards(with photos) from us to show our gratitude with certain donation values.
