Stuart Walker Smith, died Thursday December 15, 2016. He was preceded in death by his wife Terrilyn Goodall Smith, who died after a long courageous battle with cancer. Stuart's battle was a short but hard fought.
Stuart graduated from Princeton High School and Bluefield State College. He was employed by Joy Global until earlier this year. He was also a member of the Princeton Elks Lodge #1659.
He is survived by his children Austin W. Smith of Princeton and Shyanne W. Smith. These children have a tremendous amount of courage and a great deal of debt. Austin will step up as head of the family now and he has Stuart’s final expenses and a mortgage to pay. He has college to finish and a sister to support. Shyanne is a junior at Princeton High School.
Stuart was always the person other people went to for help.
This is our chance to help him and to pay it forward.
