For our friend, Jeri Lo

Our Facebook friend, Jeri Loman (Jeri Lo), was very recently diagnosed with oral cancer, that was also found in a lymph node.  This Thursday, she'll undergo surgery to remove a portion of her tongue (a partial glossectomy).  Jeri struggles financially, as it is (earning $750/mo. via disability), and with the added stress of this medical crisis, Jeri needs our help!  She will be traveling on Wednesday, by bus, to undergo the procedure, and after recovery, will then be treated with chemo and radiation therapy for weeks or months after.  Jeri will need to pay for medication that isn't covered by medicaid, and will have to hire help for her pets, and other daily assistance and unforeseen expenses.  While she feels uncomfortable with this request, it's the least I can do to try to help her out--long distance.  Jeri is also a talented artist, and for every donation over $15.00 , she will send you a piece of her handmade jewelry of your choosing.  See her work here: https://www.facebook.com/bitzipods/?ref=profile_intro_card
