For Braddah Walt Kanehiwas Kids

Donation protected

A great friend of mine of 20 years Braddah Walt Kanehiwa passed away unexpectedly at the age of 58 on July 7, 2018. He is survived by a two great kids (Keanu and Peyton) and his wife Linda who wrote this on his Facebook wall on July 8th:

"As many of you know by now, Walt passed away suddenly late yesterday afternoon as a result of what, most likely, was a cardiac arrest. Without going into detail, he became unconscious and unresponsive while we were at a friend’s party. Despite extensive efforts to resuscitate him, due to his history of a “weak” heart, he never regained consciousness and passed away. Thankfully, we were with our hula family when this occurred.

As I have been reading your posts on FB, I am truly grateful for the prayers & kind words you have offered. In addition, it has been overwhelming to see how Walt made an impact on so many people & knowing this has been a source of comfort to me during this difficult time."

He is also survived by extended family and friends who love and miss him dearly.

I asked her permission to set up a GoFund me account for immediate expenses and to set aside some funds for Keanu and Peyton's education.

All funds will go to his wife Linda on behalf of their children Keanu and Peyton. Please donate what you can to Mr. Aloha's family. Mahalo. Mahalo. Mahalo.
