Mosby's New Life (Special Food)

I’m fundraising for Mosby, a big chunk of doggy love at the Humane Society of Warren County, Virginia .

What Mosby Needs
Mosby needs grain-free dog food to keep his eyes bright and his coat super shiny (rather than itchy and miserable). 

 Grain-free dog food is pricey.  I know, because my dog requires special food.  Luckily I have help buying her food, so this fundraiser pays it forward, in this case, to Mosby.

Dog Food Can Take a  Budgetary Bite
It's hard enough to afford pets these days, right? Imagine one with special food needs.   It'd be great to send Mosby on -- when the right home finds him -- with a supply of his special food.*

Pull Up a Chair: Mosby’s Story
Before he came to the shelter, Mosby lived all his life on a chain.  His family planned to move, and at that point, Mosby’s fate was unclear.  Luckily, a kind person stepped in, and brought him to the shelter – with the worst case of mange the staff has ever seen.

Thanks to the shelter staff, Mosby’s mange is gone; he now needs to heal from his food allergies. 

Once Mosby’s all healed up, he’ll be ready for adoption.

The Marshmallow Dog
Mosby is a remarkable dog who loves hoomins, other dogs, and respects the mighty kitty.   No grudges toward people there -- he loves us all.

Mosby deserves a new home, a tummy full of healthy food, and all the love in the world.

*Small Print: Not so small, as a matter of fact.  When Mosby is adopted, if his new family or person feels that they don't need a grain-free food boost, your funds will go wherever they are needed at the shelter.  (And believe me, in animal rescue, funds are always needed.)

Also: I’m doing this as an individual, not as a rep of the Humane Society. However, I will turn over Mosby’s donations to them after campaign closes.  Promise! Plus, they know I'm doing this and know how to find me :).
