WE'RE SPREADING OUR WINGS and becoming our very own nonprofit.
Our community is asking for more from us, and more young artists in our neighborhoods want to join in. So after growing carefully under the care of another nonprofit for eight years, we’re setting off and forming a 501(c)(3) of our very own. This will allow us to apply to funders we have not had access to in the past and to build sustainability into the Youth Art Team so we can keep inspiring young, creative people to be leaders in our community for years to come. We set a bold goal to raise $7,500 in the next few months to help us cover the startup costs, and we're asking all of you to help.
Your gift will help us:
• pay attorney fees to acquire a non-profit status,
• cover filing fees to the state and federal government,
• acquire the proper insurance, and
• provide everything the Youth Art Team needs to dream big about our long-term future in the community.
Your special donation of any amount will join the donations of others, adding power to this campaign until we reach our goal!
