Fly Laura to Canberra for NPP

Please support young local artists! I have been selected as a finalist in this years National Photographic Portrait Prize which is a huge honour and a big step in my career as a proffesional photographer. The exhibition of finalists opens in Canberra at the National Portrait Gallery on the 23rd of March, which is unfortunately quite far away from the most isolated city in the world, Perth, where I live. I am a student and live solely off centrelink, which is already hard enough to make ends meet. I really want to make the most this opportunity and fly over for the opening night, to see my artwork hung in a major Australian gallery and to meet importrant people in the industry to further me in my career. Donations will go towards travel and air b n b, and making me feel all soft and gooey inside. Thank you for anything you can put towards this trip and my development <3
