First Tabletop RPG CON for Romania!

Hello!
My name is Christopher. I am an American and have moved to Romania with my Romanian wife 4 years ago. After I moved here I found a Pub that was hosting D&D sessions. I decided to go and this is where I made my first friends in Romania. This is some of us in the pictures!!
I play in two different campaigns with these first friends and new friends today.
Shortly after moving here I realized that there were no conventions for gamers like us. None in Romania and not even any in a neighboring country. So.... I am trying to set up a National Dungeons & Dragons/Tabletop RPG/Miniatures Wargame Convention in Romania!!
This is where I need help! I am not a wealthy man and Romania is a relatively poor country. We are hoping that fellow gamers and nerds will help us raise the money to pay for a venue to have our convention and pay for some fliers to advertise. If we are able to raise more money than I am asking for I will have some stickers and buttons to give away at the door when people come. Any extra would go towards prizes that would be given away in a lottery type drawing.
I have a lot of people in the community willing to volunteer their time and skills to get this done. I have several people who would volunteer their design abilities to make a logo, fliers, buttons, stickers t-shirts and such. Volunteers are helping with finding the right venue. One volunteer is trying to secure some funding from any business related to our hobby. One of the local miniatures war gaming stores is already on board to run a mini tournament and set up a vendors location. All this in only about a week since introducing the idea to the community.
We would all be extremely grateful to anyone who can help us. We don't have huge goals for this first convention. We hope to grow it over time. We just need a bit of help from our fellow gamers and nerds. No big company is going to come here an set up some huge convention. There is no money in it in a country like ours. So it is up to us to make our own.
Again I thank you for any support you can give, and of course you are always welcome to come join us. Hopefully with your help we can grow into a truly great convention that services all Eastern Europe not just Romania!! We do have some amazing castles, fortresses, and such that would make for the best convention venues in the world!! Ahhh, dreams....
