First full scale classical music program in Hanoi

Hello, I teach a very motivated and talented grade 1 class in Hanoi, Vietnam.  Currently, there is no full-scale music program in Hanoi, inclusive of all classical instruments.  When I was in school, I attended a performing arts high school.  I want to start a classical music program for my class and we need your help to buy everyone instruments, and to find some music teachers.  I currently donate 10-12 hours of my week towards helping my class with extracurricular activities on top of our regular school week and would love to also include a music program in the extra time I spend with them. The parents of this class are not the super wealthy, but they are financially stable, dedicated, and involved enough to help me sustain this program once you help us get a leg up and the first year started.
