First Arabic Yoga Teacher Training

I'm helping a non-profit community yoga project in Palestine to create their own internationally accredited Yoga Training Curriculum. This will be my third visit to this amazing group operating in incredibly difficult circumstances in the West Bank. It will also be the first ever Arabic language yoga teacher training. Being able to train local teachers will be a huge benefit since most Palestinians don't have passports and can't travel internationally.
The volunteer teachers at the centre offer daily classes and workshops, and outreach programes to marginalised populations all over the West Bank. I visited villages and refugee camps and saw first hand how the stress-reducing practices of yoga has helped many to cope with trauma and the constant pressure of living in a conflict zone.
Your donation can help with their training registration ($400 with Yoga Alliance US), printing manuals, buying books and materials for their students, yoga equipment and props, and vital repairs to their donated studio space in Ramallah. I hope to source as much of this locally as possible.
