This fund goes towards covering travel expenses for FIRST Robotics teams that would like to attend the FIRST National Advocacy Conference.  There are FIRST Teams out there that would like to go to the conference but just don't have the funds to do so.

By raising funds for these teams we can better achieve our goal of getting all 50 states represented at the conference.

The FIRST National Advocacy Conference is a great opportunity for high school students to meet their Senators and Representatives and advocate for science and technology programs like FIRST Robotics.

We would like to collect funds for other teams by 5/1/2017 in order to purchase travel for the teams wanting to travel.

Raising as much as $3k could allow a team of 4 students to attend the conference.  If we hit our goal we could have multiple students from every state attend the conference.

This really is a once in a lifetime experience for the students that attend.  It also helps bring about more awareness and support for science and technology programs in the government.
