Fire Fighter Lost Her Home

Justine is a volunteer fire fighter that lives in the Keswick area, outside of Redding.  While down in Orange County testing for a couple of permanent openings, she received a mandatory evacuation notice.  She went straight to the station she was asked to report into, not having the opportunity to go home.  Her roommate was working on the Hotshot crew and was also unable to evacuate.  She lost everything while saving homes of others, including her Father's ashes who died one year ago. She is pleased she and her crew have saved lots of homes. She told her mother, Vivi, "I am fighting this fire with a vengeance." She is a true Hero!

Once she can take a break, she has to start over from scratch. Her fans (friends of the family) are asking that there is money available for her to start again. She'll need a deposit for a new place to live, dishes, pots and pans, furniture, toiletries, clothes, everything. While she's out saving homes, we're trying to raise some money to show her how we support our first responders. Please donate whatever you can to help Justine get back on her feet and to let her know we are all out here rooting for her!

UPDATE:  Justine is currently living in a nearby fire station where she has a cot and new sleeping bag that looks cozy.  She is fighting hard and her spirits are up per her mom, Vivi.  Not sure where she will end up after this fire is out since her station burned down.  She has been interviewing at various fire departments for a permanent position, so let's all send a prayer that she receives the position she deserves.
