Fire Department Memorial

Hi everyone! My name is Josh Dougherty. I am a candidate for Eagle Scout, scouting’s highest rank and honor. For my project, I will be doing some major landscaping at the local firehouse around a monument commemorating those who have given their life in the service of the community. The monuments current situation will be revamped to include a paver with an island in the center, new and smaller bushes, new flowers, new electrical work, new benches, and moving the whole monument closer to the building to avoid salt damage. This project, as you can imagine, does not come without its costs. Right now, we’re looking at about a $3,500 budget for the project. Currently, I have around ⅓ of that raised. The next big focus is to raise money for the benches, which cost 1,096 dollars each and an additional 275 to ship each. If you’d be willing to donate any amount of money to my project, the fire department, the families represented on the monument, and I would all be very very appreciative. Thank you so much!
