Fiona's Eye Surgery

As most of you know Fiona needs eye surgery to fix her eyes, her left one crosses.  Having insurance we thought that this would be covered with some cost to us.  Turns out we have to have the deductible and then we will have to pay 20% after that is met. The doctor is requiring his payment up front and the hospital can bill us but they require some payment up front as well.  Payment that we do not have. 

It is difficult for us to ask for money but this surgery is necessary for Fiona to be able to see without seeing double.  If you can help I would be so grateful!!
