Alzheimers Association

Donation protected

This year i asked Finnegan if he would be interested in doing something different for his birthday.  I spoke with him about his Tutu, my mother, and how she has Alzheimers.  We spoke about what that is and things we can do to help her. I followed that up with the big question, I asked him if instead of presents from friends and family we collect the cost of what those presents would be and donate that to a place where they are trying to cure Alzheimers and that we could donate it in his name for his Grandmother Tutu.  I was so proud of him when he said that he would do that.  So here we are prepping for his birthday, June 17th.
I am very lucky to have the mom that God choose to give me, she has been more then a mother to me. She is the true meaning of unconditional love and to have my son decide to forgo his own presents to give and help Tutu shows me that she has passed something very special down to her children and grandchildren. An unconditional love that brings pride to our family.
So we are not asking you to reach deep into your pockets, We just ask that if you were to purchase a present for a boy turning 9 years old, that you donate that small bit to a great cause.
We don't care even if it's the change in your pocket.
Thank you for your support and love for us.
God Bless you all
