Rachel Peterson is a strong and intelligent Lady Boss who has taken chances and leaped into adventures her entire life. She has lived in Australia, Colorado, Iowa and now Bend, Oregon. She is an athlete, a business owner , a favorite Aunt, and a kind friend to many.
On February 12th, 2019 Rachel was diagnosed with Breast Cancer at 27 years old. The near future holds many challenges for Rachel on many levels, one of them being financially.
This fundraiser is to take the stress of paying medical bills and living expenses off Rachel's plate so she can focus on fighting cancer, healing physically and emotionally, and enjoying the love of her friends and family.
Rachel is part of the Yoga For First Responders® (YFF) Executive Team as Operations Director. The YFFR team is a tight knit group due to the nature of our mission as well as the wonderful blend of personalities that make up our team. Rachel is also a crucial part of other organizations and companies, as she provides expertise in social media marketing typically to small, women-owned businesses.
A small donation goes a long a way. Life is hard and we all need each other to get through the ups and downs. Even $5 will get Rachel her Green Tea Latte from Starbucks that she loves. Thank you for your support.
