Hello,
Family, friends and anyone wanting to help as you may herd or might not know yet Jawad Nahhas at just 24 years old was recently diagnosed with Large B cell Lymphoma cancer and a large rapidly growing cancerous tumor. On Friday the 13th out of all days he woke up middle of the night and couldn't breathe. He rushed to the nearest E.R where he found out he has a rapidly growing tumor located in the chest cavity fractions away from the heart, as well as hindering a full breath due to pushing against the lungs. 11.2cm x 5.8cm elongated downward. They then followed up with many blood test and did a biopsy on the tumor were they found out it indeed is cancerous. We don't know the accurate depth. Now it has grown the past few weeks. Seems to be about 0.1cm weekly. It's hard to breath and he cannot take a deep breath due to the mass being in the way. It is growing all the way around taking up lung space and pushing towards the heart. It has the possibility of suffocating him or stopping his heart. Jawad also has high blood pressure and he says he can feel heavy pumping of the heart when working and sharp shooting pains randomly in mid chest area. They started the highly aggressive chemo treatment July 30th since it is the highest survival rate. He will have to stay in the hospital for 6 days every round and his immune system is going to be stripped. We now need to get him treated as soon as possible to kick this crappy cancers butt and back living a long healthy life with his family. If you know Jawad you know he is a good hearted hard working man that likes doing things on his own but is always there for others. Of course he kept his big sense of humor and spirits up while going through this but it's hard for him to ask for help so I, his Sister in law/ childhood friend is setting up this campaign for him and his little family so he can fight this fight without other worries. For him, his fiance (my sister) Sarah Schlotzhauer and their 3 daughters. One 9yr old named Fallon and twin 8 month old girls Samaira and Oaklynn. Medical expenses are piling up as well as gas to get to his non stop appointments. He had to be put on leave at his job since he can not work but not without the lack of trying lol. They are in the middle of fixing up their home when they got this unfortunate news as well, all this going on while raising their little ones. They have lots of love and support from family and close friends but still need help. So please join this fight,we can beat this together! Anything helps and means a lot to them.
