Fight for Phillip

Donation protected
My brother, Phillip Strickland, was diagnosed with colorectal cancer in December of 2016.  His first battle with cancer didn't take him down.  He proved to be stronger than cancer! But that didn't last.  His cancer came back in June 2018. The cancer had spread to his liver. His doctors put him on a strong regimen of chemo that really made him sick, but after having scans done, it proved to be working.  My brother started have other complications.  He had to take a break from the chemo so he could have surgery for a permanent ileostomy.  That five week break from chemo gave that nasty cancer time to spread.  This time it came back in a thoracic vertebrae (T10).  The cancer ate away at the vertebrae causing excruciating pain and eventually led to him almost being paralyzed.  He had surgery on his spine, which involved removing a large, bloody tumor, placing in screws and rods.

At this time Phillip is receiving immunotherapy in order to improve the condition of his liver so that the doctors will be able to  begin chemotherapy again.  Phillip is not able to keep his job.  He has a wife and two daughters.  We are asking for your support to assist with impending medical and living expenses.  Please take a moment to consider donating to my amazing brother as no contribution is too small to make an impact.

We all thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
