Fight for Kailey

On February 27th Kailey was diagnosed with AML Leukemia. About a week later they found the FLT3 being present also which makes the course of treatment longer and more aggressive. With any type of cancer we have a treatment plan and deal with the small complications as we go. We are currently on day 9 of chemo and have recieved platelet transfusions and also a blood transfusion so far. This is going to be a long road with mom staying in the hospital with her and dad driving back and forth with her little sister everyday. The hospital is about 40 minutes one way from home, so expenses are adding up quickly on top of keeping up with the bills at home. Our goal is to raise enough to pay for our home for 1 year and have that extra bit of money for travels, food and lodging once her trips to philly begin too. This is going to be a long road with a sucessful outcome...that is one thing we are confident on. Her motto is cancer picked the wrong princess and we couldn't agree more!
