Jenna has been diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Double mastectomy is planned for October 22 nd with Dr. Cullinane, and reconstruction with Dr. Waltzman. Both incredible surgeons. Pray for strength in their hands and minds as they perform surgery.
The fight ahead looks like a long road after surgery, with medications and possible chemo. ( we will know more on her genetics/genome testing soon) While I remain positive, and with your help we are seriously feeling our friends and family love across the miles. Your gift of time , prayer and funds have been amazing!
We will face this first procedure , and later have her second reconstruction surgery.
There will be miles of healing and post care.
Our insurance will cover about 75% , as you can image or can’t what that looks like.
This fundraiser helps Jenna fight & heal, the environment to do so. Rylan is 13, Zakk is 16 and Laney is now 5. We want to try to keep them aware of the situation but feeling safe.
Jenna has been my wife of 18 yrs - and I know my wife - she would worry about bills , loss of income from work, caring for the kids , groceries, medications, healing emotionally and physically and all the things it takes to run a house.
With your help we can alleviate those worries.
And focus on the fight! Her health.
It’s a tremendously overwhelming and humbling for me to ask for help, but I think this hopefully will be a base for healing.
