Field Family Paradise Fire Relief Fund

Due to the Camp Fire in Paradise, CA, we, the Field Family (Shawn, Autumn and our two children Simon & Olivia) tragically lost our home and everything inside. 

In March of 2018, we had just bought our first home and fell in love with the property, our home and had already started making so many memories.  That unforgettable day was Simon's 16th birthday and little did we know we would not be returning home for his planned birthday party. 

The day started as any normal morning.  We all left the house with just the things we needed for the day.  as the fire raged, due to the evacuation order, firefighter and police were not allowing anyone up the hill.  We were unable to return home to get our son and scared to death for his safety.  Fortunately, we received a call from our neighbor who told us they had Simon in their car and would get him out safely.  They are truly ANGELS and we thank the Lord for their help.  Not only did the bring Simon to safety but also our little doggy, Toto. 

While the foreseeable road ahead is difficult and challenging, we are beginning the journey to healing and growing through this. 

We realize it could be years before we are able to have a permanent home again!  Insurance is good, but it will be weeks or possibly months before they can do their part. 

This horrific experience can be an example of God's beautiful example of how a community can love and support a family in the traumatic time. 

Our family needs help to create a safe, stable, healing environment for us to begin the growth that this devastating loss has forced upon us.
