femur came out of my knee..

On January 20th in the city of Adelaide, I was in a motorbike accident on the way home from work. I was t-boned by an SUV on a busy suburban road, resulting in my femur breaking through the skin below my right knee cap and making contact with the road. Afterwards, the instigator of the crash got out of his vehicle and insisted it was my fault simply because I’m young and ride a motorbike. He pulled out of a side street into blocked off traffic without looking and without using his indicators, leaving me only 50 metres notice and no where to go. His SUV blocked two lanes leaving me no choice but to collide with him at 45 kmph. I am lucky to still have my leg, let alone be able to walk. I am currently trying retrieve my motorbike from the holding yard so that I can sell it straight away but I don’t have the money to cover the $350 towing bill.. I am a first year apprentice chef and don’t have a lot of money as it is. Please, anything would help so much!
