Help Save Felix's Life

FELIX NEEDS OUR HELP.....

Felix came in to us yesterday after we were contacted by a local vet for help so he wouldn't have to be PTSED. His owner died 3 months ago and his grandchildren were caring for Felix until he became so unwell due to his injury they couldn't afford any vet treatment.

Felix is only 2 years old and really has a battle on his paws. As you can see by the photos he is very unwell. The vet we collected him from informed us his wound was that bad on arrival it must of been there for at least a year, the end of his tail has a nasty Trauma and as you can see from the pictures the top of his back and lower part off his back is that bad we may have to remove it. He has urine burns on his legs and bum also.

To add to the list of traumas he also has a deformity to his back paw, the vet feels it's an old Injury which had likely been caused by being trapped somewhere which has left untreated and left him with issues walking.

Felix is currently being re examined at our vets so we no what we are to expect for his recovery. He has to have a swab sent off so we no what sort of infection is causing the nasty wound he has. He will need surgery in the very near future so we are asking if you could possibly help towards his treatment and care as he deserves every chance at life and finding a new home.
