Feieacáin (stillbirth association)

A few months back we got the most horrific news that my little sisters baby was going to be stillborn 
I can’t even begin to tell you how we all felt as a family and we had no idea what was to come or how we could even begin to support Martina and her husband as nothing prepares any of us for news like this 
The reason for this go fund me page is a charity that helped Martina throughout the hardest journey of her life 
Féileacáin is a not-for-profit organization that provides support to anyone affected by the death of a baby during or after pregnancy 
The money raised goes towards providing hospitals with memory boxes for bereaved families 
To offer support helpline ,to provide cuddle cots 
To promote research into causes of stillbirth and neonatal death 
To hold remembrance services and family events and much more 
Mine and Martina’s husbands family will be taking part in the feileacáin (women’s mini marathon 2018) in memory of little pj and all the babies gone too soon
