Help save my furbaby!

Tonight my dog was hit by a car...he has some broken ribs, femur and may need surgery for internal organ repairs. The people who hit him eventually stopped but are basically unwilling to help with the emergency vet costs since they legally aren't liable. They were speeding and weren't paying enough attention to even slow down before impact. My sweet boy was not on a leash because we just got home and were getting out of the car to go inside when he wanted to go say hi to the neighbor across the street. He is THE sweetest and most goofiest dog you'll ever meet. Unfortunately like most people now a days, we are having a hard time making ends meet as it is and now we have these vet bills...Bentley is worth every penny to help him and we need a little help in order to do it.
