Fareeha's Tuition Fund
Donation protected
Hello! I'm helping to raise money for my student employee Fareeha Naz. She has recently experienced a financial crisis and no longer has funds to pay for her current semester's tuition, which is also her last semester before she graduates! If she does not make a payment by Friday Feb 24, or pay her tuition in full soon, she will be dropped from her classes and worst of all, deported back to Pakistan immediately. Given today's climate about immigrants and the recent overreach by the current administration, she fears she may not be able to return, if the travel ban is extended to include her homeland, Pakistan. If that were to happen, her last 3 years of studying away from home, the financial sacrifices her family had to endure to send her here, the friendships and family she left behind, would all be for nothing. Fareeha, I and her new friends here at CSU Northridge, are asking for your help, so she can stay to finish her education and give her an opporunity to create a new life here in the United States. Here is a little information about her. She is an international student studying from Pakistan and has been here for almost 3 years. She is the first woman in her family to immigrate to the United States. She is studying to receive her Master's Degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising and will complete the program in May 2017 with help from all of us hopefully! If she is fortunate enough to stay, she hopes to work in the fashion industry to learn the ropes and pay her dues. Her ultimate dream would be to start her own fashion line to be able to share her culture, ideas and art in her new homeland, the United States of America. We humbly ask for any amount, but most importantly, we ask that you please share, so we have the greatest opportunity to help Fareeha. Lastly, from the bottom of our hearts and the depths of our soul, we say THANK YOU for any kind contribution you can make for this campaign.
