My name is John Philips, the owner of The Mansion Restaurant and am humbly asking our community to help raise funds to aide my best friend and general manager of 15 years. John Drakopoulos was involved in a devastating car accident on the morning of December 30th and is currently in critical condition. Over the coming weeks John will have to undergo reconstructive surgery in order to repair a skull fracture in addition to several other severe injuries. The funds collected during this campaign will be given directly to his wife, Magdalena Drakopoulos and five-year-old son.
Our intention is to provide her with the ability to maintain some quality of life as well as provide for their child as John fights to recover. With limited health coverage and and mounting expenses both John and his family will need all the support possible. Johns recovery is uncertain and will take many months of procedures and therapy.
