Family Hurricane Maria

As many of you know Puerto Rico was hit with one of the worst hurricanes, which left many people without anything. I’m from Puerto Rico and most of my family still lives there. My heart aches knowing that I'm so far away and I can't help them as much as I’ll like to. My aunt and father were left without anything. Like many other people in the island, they were not prepared for this. We have experienced other hurricanes before, but we’ve never experienced such a devastating one as Maria.  I typically don’t like asking for help when it comes to this, but I'm desperate to help my family however I can. They have not had anything to eat in days. It's very hard to get around when everything is destroyed and there's not much left at the stores. They are desperate for food, water, gas and generators to keep their family alive. If anyone can help it would be so appreciated by my family and I.
