The Jean-Francois Faloppa Apiary

Many of us know Chef Faloppa as a charismatic member of the Macomb Culinary Program who had an ongoing passion for teaching students. Chef Faloppa also had another passion - bees. In honor of Chef Faloppa and all that he has done for the Culinary and bee communities, Macomb Culinary Arts Program Alumni would like to raise money to fund a bee shed for the Honey Bee Club at Macomb Community College.
