Volunteer Fire/ Rescue Engineer Frank Valtierra fell at his home and suffered a massive head injury in early May. He underwent emergency brain surgery to stop a brain bleed. He spent several days in the ICU before being admitted to the hospital and has recently started rehabilitation.
Frank has been out of work from his full-time job and it is unknown as to when he will be cleared to return. Frank has been a volunteer with Haslet Fire/Rescue since 2006.
Along with being a Volunteer Fire/Rescue First Responder, Frank is a Navy Veteran (3 years Active and 2 Years Navy Reserve) and one amazing guy in his own right.
We are raising funds for the Valtierra family to help offset any medical bills and other essential expenses that may arise while Frank is recovering.
