Failing Water Well

I just found out that our well for our home is falling in on itself, and soon my family will be without water on our 10 acres of property.  And as everyone knows a home without water isn't much of a home. My wife is a stay at home mother, and we together have two boys. She stays home and provides care for our kids, and provides food through the large garden we raise each year for food to provide us a savings and fresh vegetables for our family. Without water we will not be able to have water for the household, or water to raise our garden.  So to be able to drill a new well that will need to be drilled down 300 feet in the ground will cost us over 16,000 for the well and more for wiring and pump. Which is why we are asking for 20,000 to cover our cost or hoping close to covering our cost for a new well. If we could of gotten a loan we would have, but unfortunately we are not able to at this moment.
