BNHR For Family reunification and our Dignity!

$5,369 of $50,000 goal

Just a couple weeks ago, we all were frustrated, we were angry, sad, concerned, and horrified for what happened to little Jakeline, and we were also worried that  this may happen again because detention centers ARE NOT made to handle children, they are not day cares, they do not have the medical facilities needed, nor the care givers a toddler needs... and unfortunately,  when we are not even done demanding a full investigation, on Christmas eve, another child died. a 7 year old boy whose death is still under another investigation.  unbelievably,  still some people blame the parents for bringing their kids in such extreme conditions, because they do not understand the extreme situations those families live in their home country. Please click the link on the updates to see a Washington Post note that explain how a person waiting for asylum for months, is deported and a few days later his body found in the truck of a car. Can these people just pretend that nothing happens? can they just accept that fate? can we actually understand what they are going through that force them to leave their countries? a lot of us do, and we want to thank you for joining the Human Rights fight for our people to live a life with respect, dignity and peace.

Thank you caring, thank you for NOT looking the other way, thank you for doing what is right.

BNHR made it possible for some families to be able to see each other and touch hands (at least) through the border fence. Some children were able to see their moms, even moms were able to see their moms too. This is the reality at the southwest borders. do you see any threats? do they need to militarize the border to fight these families?
We really want to thank all of you for caring, for not looking the other way, to stand for what it is right. Let us invite you to join our cause, please donate to BNHR so we can continue our fight for our communities Human Rights and for a life with Dignity. Thank You!
