Charlie's Fight

Tax deductible
Charlie was born the day his mother was rescued off the streets of Grand Rapids.  Only he and 4 litter mates survived due to the bad conditions mom was in.  Charlie went on to be adopted. Unfortunatley his owner got sick quite quickly and had to return Charlie.  He was still so young, he went to a foster that had other puppies.  Before he reached the foster he started to get sick but still looked and acted like a normal puppy. They treated it as a simple infection.  As time went on, gunk-puss-blood, all began to come out of his body through the nose and eventually his eye, heavier and thicker.

Extensive treatments on anitbiotics and multiple cultures and tests, there was nothing found. When we added another antibiotic he showed signs of improvement.  That did not last long and the discharge was back with a vengeance.

More tests,  more vet visits and eventually surgery. We are still seaching for answers but it has now reached the point to Charlie's bet bills exceeding $1000s.  We will not give up on this dog no matter how bad it seems.

We are asking for any monetary donation.  It will all add up to help get this baby boy well.  We are experiencing a higher level of special medical need dogs right now and it's  making bills harder to pay.  It's kind people like you who keep these dogs alive and allow other volunteers to get done what needs to be done and their medical needs to be met. PLEASE HELP CHARLIE!
