Student Field Trip

I'm a teacher at JP Elder Middle School trying to raise funds for our students to attend a field trip to the Perot Museum of Nature and Science. We are a Title 1 school and the largest middle school in Fort Worth ISD. Our students typically are highly self efficient; from getting themselves to school on time to caring for younger siblings and cousins as their guardians work multiple jobs, yet this leaves little time and even less opportunity to travel beyond the boundaries of their neighborhood. My 8th grade teaching team wants to reward our students for high grades and good behavior at the end of this year with an educational trip to the Perot, but we have many less fundraising opportunities within our own academic community than most other middle schools. We are asking that anyone at all who wants to help out even a little bit to please make a donation. Every penny counts!!
