Help fix my van

I am a single parent of two little ones whom still are in school. One takes a bus the other has to be driven to and from school
 Well within the last month multiple things have went wrong with my only means of transportation to get him to and from school as well as myself to work. I also have used all of my extra income to use to pay for rides this last week. So needless to say I am out of cash and have been unsuccessful in securing him a ride for the remainder until I can fix my van.  And as well the multiple things wrong  with my van I have also had a birthday so I need my tags and insurance.
