Help my Family for Funeral and Hospital Expenses

On behalf of the Sambile Family from Mexico, Pampanga, Philippines, I am knocking at your pure hearts as our family is badly in need of financial help to fund the rising amount of medical needs of our father, my Dad (Melencio “Bong” Sambile).

The money that will be collected will be used for the medication of my Dad (Melencio Sambile), the father of the family.

My Dad (Melencio Sambile) is currently confined at St. Lukes Medical Centre in Taguig City Philippines. He was transferred from St. Raphael Foundation Medical Center in Mabalacat, Pampanga for his heart surgery, He is still in critical condition as he tested positive forCOVID-19 and experiencing complications from Pneumonia and heart problem.

The support will be of big help in paying the hospital and medicine fees of my dad, which, as of September 06, 2021, has reached to P2 000,000.000 (2 Million in Philippine peso or roughly 60 000 Australian dollars).

08/29/2021: Just an update, my Dad needs to undergo a heart surgery as soon as possible.

08/31/2022: unfortunately He has been tested positive from COVID for the 2nd time so he need to stay in the ICU for another 2 weeks. 

Our beloved Melencio “Papang Boy” Sambile passed away on 13th Of September. 

He was a wonderful father who touched the lives of those around him.

Under one roof, he spent his life serving our family and with this stint as a public servant, he was able to serve the community.

Now, he had left our mom, Angelita, my siblings Lady Ann, Princess, Justine, Kris Jan, Lucyiel, and I behind.

Emotionally speaking, we are all devastated and we all bring the burden of a heavy heart.

Financially speaking, we are saddened to share that given our limited capacity, we are not that prepared for the fees and expenses we need to settle.

Because of his hospitalization for more than a month in a hospital in our local province, and weeks in a Metro Manila-based hospital, the remaining amount of fees is at 1.4 million pesos or 40, 000 in Australian dollars. 

As compliance with the hospital rules, the death certificate of our father won't be released unless the fees are settled.

We want to give our father the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes.

I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of the hospital bill. 

We need to raise the money by the 19th of September in order to be able to afford the total bill.
