Timea Nagy (https://www.timeascause.com) is
a survivor of Sex Trafficking who was been working with victims of Human Trafficking for 7 years on front lines under her organization called Walk With Me.
During that time she met a young Canadian girl, who was forced into sex trafficking at the age of 15. She was told that if she isn't complying, they will hurt her little sister and brother instead.
She kept this dark secret to herself and for 2 years she was trafficked and was forced to serve up to 10 men a day. She tried to leave them and escaped several times but they would just show up at her house or school.
Eventually she went to the police but they didn't believe her. Eventually she escaped but got trafficked again but by this time the Police got educated regarding the crime of human trafficking and they did believe her.
She is a beautiful, smart young lady who couldn't leave the world of sex trafficking for over 7 years. Walk With Me and Timea worked with her for years.
No one gave up on her. She deserved every chance and all the help she could get.
She is 26 years old now, and is finally coming to real terms of what has really happened to her, and her real healing journey has just begun.
She has doctors and appointments in 4 different cities, and the school she wants to go to is about 5 hours bus and train ride away from her current location.
She is working really really hard to get help, she is following every plan she was given but the traveling is making it really difficult for her to get to all of her doctors appointments.
She was let done by society for many years yet she is still trying to fit in and be apart of it.
The GOAL is to provide this survivor with a vehicle, which would make a huge difference and it would also help her to know that she is not alone on this healing journey, but most importantly she would know that there are a lot people out there who actually still care!
Your contribution will be matched DOLLAR for DOLLAR (up to $5,000), in order to help support Timea and the victim, and try to assist the survivor get back to a healthy and prosperous life. We are hoping for a grand total of $10,000 to be raised.
