On October 4th, 2020, Tyler and Jess were headed home after visiting family in Grand Junction for their nieces first birthday party. On their way home, due to a mechanical issue, their plane lost power and Tyler was forced to make a crash landing. Both Tyler and Jess were taken to St. Mary’s hospital in Grand Junction and then a few hours later were care flighted to University hospital in Denver due to the severity of their injuries and burns. Both Tyler and Jess have suffered many broken bones, and severe burns. They have a long road to recovery ahead of them as well as this unexpected financial burden. We want to ease this process for them as much as possible and any and every contribution will help. Your donation will go to help their medical expenses, and living expenses as they will both likely be out of work for some time. Your donations are so appreciated but please pray for them and their families in the coming days, weeks and months as well.

 My name is Amanda Chafé and I am a longtime family friend of Koree, Tyler’s sister. I have created this fundraiser on behalf of the Beyer’s and Hendrick’s families so they can concentrate on getting Tyler and Jess well. Mike and Koree Hendrick will be handling all the funds and getting them to Tyler and Jess and taking care of their financial needs during their recovery.  Tyler has always been like my older brother as well throughout the years. Tyler and Jess, you are both so loved and I can speak on behalf of all when I say that we are so grateful that you both are okay.
